SYNOPSIS

The success of closing sales normally depends on the negotiation skill. This program is designed to increase the skill of negotiation of the participants by the understanding the relevant concepts. Negotiation is not just involving selling but also other adopted strategies that have conflicting with the other parties. Everybody negotiates something with other people in their lives. This skills will make participants understand the concept of negotiation for all sorts of situations.

 

COURSE OBJECTIVE

At the end of the course the participants would be able to :

  • Understand the various concepts of negotiation such as avoidance of taking position, focus on interest, and mutual interests, creating options and ensuring objective criteria.
  • Apply the principles that have been taught
  • Consider the various options for an agreement to be reached
  • Consider the various terms and conditions for the agreement
  • Consider what actions to take if the other side do want to cooperate
