The success of closing sales normally depends on the negotiation skill. This program is designed to increase the skill of negotiation of the participants by the understanding the relevant concepts. Negotiation is not just involving selling but also other adopted strategies that have conflicting with the other parties. Everybody negotiates something with other people in their lives. This skills will make participants understand the concept of negotiation for all sorts of situations.
